Massaproject is a collaborative practice by Helsinki-based designers Aino Michelsen and Ville Auvinen.

Founded in 2023, the project explores the potential of extruded Finnish red clay through furniture, space dividers, and structural objects. Working from their shared studio in Helsinki, Aino and Ville develop/experiment with systems and objects that combine the expressive qualities of clay with clear structural logic and contemporary production methods.

Each project begins with material research and hands-on prototyping, seeking new applications for locally sourced red clay in residential and public spaces.
